CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
2009-10: Led the Thunder with 215 penalty minutes in 52 games … recipient of the Thunder “Fan Favorite” award for the second straight year … tied his career-high with five goals and posted 12 points (5g-7a) … posted five points (3g-2a) in 13 Kelly Cup Playoff games … added his first playoff multi-point game on 4/23 vs. Bakersfield with two assists … his goal on 4/10 vs. Alaska was the game-winner to eliminate the Alaska Aces (8-5 win) in Game 4 of the National Conference Quarterfinal

2008-09: Signed to an American Hockey League contract with the Springfield Falcons … co-recipient of the Thunder “Fan Favorite” award … skated in 69 ECHL regular season games, scoring 16 points (5g-11a) … ranked second in ECHL and broke the Thunder regular season record for penalty minutes (248) … made his AHL debut with Springfield on 2/7 vs. Hartford … scored the first goal of his pro career and had a pair of goals on 10/24 at Victoria (5-2 win) – also scored the eventual game-winner … notched a career-high three points (1g-2a), his goal helped the Thunder break a club record with 8 goals in one game on 11/1 at Bakersfield (8-3 win) … set a new single-game Thunder record with 34 PIM’s on 1/25 vs. Phoenix – the Thunder also amassed 100 PIM’s, breaking the club record … earned the first AHL recall of his career on 2/2

JUNIORS: Spent four seasons (2004-08) of his junior hockey career in the Western Hockey League with the Vancouver Giants, posting 542 penalty minutes and 41 points (16g-25a) in 193 career games … ranked 4th in the WHL and led Vancouver in penalty minutes (239) in 2007-08 … was part of Vancouver’s 2006-07 team that won their first Memorial Cup title, notching 156 penalty minutes and 11 points (6g-5a) in 57 games … helped guide Vancouver to the WHL’s President’s Cup championship in 2005-06, en route to a Semifinal berth in the Memorial Cup tournament … former teammates with NHL playing experience include Gilbert Brule (Columbus), Milan Lucic (Boston) and Andrej Meszaros (Ottawa)
