Angel Tree & Toy Drive

The Stockton Thunder are hosting an Angel Tree for the Salvation Army starting today.

The Angel Tree will be located in the North Entry of Stockton Arena starting on December 15th. Those wishing to pick up an Angel Tree tag during the week may do so by contacting Stephanie Maynard of the Stockton Thunder at 209-373-1500. Fans that wish to take part in the Angel Tree event can either turn their gifts over to the Thunder Front Office or to any Salvation Army location in the greater Stockton area, hopefully, by December 18th. The Angel Tree will still be available for those that come to the game on December 21st against Ontario but there will be less time for the gift buying process to get to the children in time for the Holidays.

Act right now and you can participate in the Thunder’s social experiment! Respond to the Thunder’s post on Facebook or Twitter on December 11th or 12th and tell us that you are interested in participating or send us a private message that you’d like participate in a collective Angel Tree for fans on Facebook or Twitter.

Separately, the Thunder will be helping the Salvation Army with a toy drive, which will begin December 16th. Those wishing to participate may either bring a new toy to the Stockton Thunder front office or to the December 21st home game to receive a $5 off voucher good for either December 28th, 29th or January 3rd Thunder home game. The voucher is good for any seating location except glass, club, or suites.
