The Stockton Thunder suffered a 3-2 shootout loss to the Utah Grizzlies. The Grizzlies scored three times in the shootout to the Thunder’s one tally. Ryan Hayes, Corey Trivino and Mike Keenan each registered two points with Hayes and Trivino finding the back of the net. Post-game interviews with Hayes, Trivino and head coach Rich Kromm.

A special four-legged hero, aptly named “Thor”, had the honor of dropping the ceremonial puck before the Stockton Thunder’s home game on Saturday. Thor recently saved the life of a police officer by attacking an assailant who was trying to draw a weapon.
