Stockton Arena is the centerpiece of the north shore redevelopment project. In addition to the Arena, there is a 5,000-seat baseball stadium, a 200-room hotel with conference center, a 500+ capacity parking facility.
Stockton Arena opened its doors to the public on December 2nd, 2005. The first sporting event was the Stockton Thunder hockey game on December 10, 2005 in front of a sold out crowd of 10,117.
The state-of-the-art venue features 24 luxury suites, approximately 400 club seats, a Members Club lounge, video scoreboard, team locker rooms and offices.
The multi-use facility will accommodate a wide range of events and activities with a total event load anticipated to exceed 100 events per year. Additional events include concerts, festivals, graduations, ice shows, and much more. The Arena is home to the Stockton Thunder Professional Hockey Team with 36 regular season home games.
