TONIGHT'S MATCHUP

The Thunder and Bakersfield Condors square off in the preseason finale for 2009-10, a rematch of Thursday night's contest at Stockton Arena. The Thunder is 5-5-0 lifetime in preseason action and last faced the Condors in October 2006 for a preseason game at Rabobank Arena. The Thunder will be wearing special preseason jerseys that will be auctioned off during Sunday's "FanFest" festivities, where admission is free to the general public.

Tonight's game will be aired exclusively online courtesy of B2 Networks at www.stocktonthunder.com. Mike Benton has the call beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the "Thunder Forecast Pregame Show."

LAST GAME
Behind 26 saves from goaltender Timo Pielmeier, the Bakersfield Condors sent the Stockton Thunder to a 3-1 loss in the 2009-10 preseason opener at Stockton Arena on Thursday. The Condors, who never trailed in the game, received a goal each from Sasha Pokulok, Bobby Bolt and Christer Andersson. The lone Thunder goal came from forward Stephen Slonina, who scored on a penalty shot in first period. Pielmeier's counterpart Bryan Pitton made 26 saves. The Thunder sat out a majority of their experienced lineup and 10 players who were entering their first season as a pro suited up in the game.

THUNDER LINEUP NOTES
Goaltender Andrew Perugini is expected to start ... veteran Craig Valette and second-year defenseman and prospect Jordan Bendfeld are expected to suit up and see their first action in a Thunder uniform for preseason ... forward Stephen Slonina, currently with the team on a tryout contract, will suit up for his second preseason game ... defenseman Luis Tremblay (2004-05) and Slonina (07-08) will make their first return to Rabobank Arena since they were previous members of the Condors ... with a competitive training camp carrying on for available roster spots, a total of 10 Thunder players who are entering their first pro year will suit up in the game:
